Email . Include your PrismWorth version, iOS version, the affected feature, what you expected, and what happened.

Compose support email

Protect your financial data. Never send passwords, one-time codes, Plaid access tokens, OAuth links, or full account numbers. PrismWorth does not need them to troubleshoot.

Bank connection help

  1. Confirm PrismWorth and iOS are up to date.
  2. Open PrismWorth Settings and copy the connection support summary. It is designed to omit credentials and financial amounts.
  3. Include the institution name, the approximate UTC time of the attempt, and the exact on-screen error.
  4. If the institution is temporarily unavailable, keep or add a manual account so your plan does not depend on a provider connection.

Institution support and refresh quality are controlled in part by Plaid and the institution. PrismWorth cannot guarantee that a particular institution is available.

Premium and billing

Use Restore Purchases in PrismWorth if Premium does not appear after a purchase or device change. Apple manages charges, cancellations, and refunds. You can manage a subscription from your Apple Account subscription settings.

When emailing about Premium, include the product shown in PrismWorth and whether Restore Purchases completed. Do not send payment-card details or an Apple Account password.

Privacy and data requests

Use the same support address for a privacy request. State the request and the country or state whose rights you are invoking. PrismWorth may ask for limited information to verify that the request concerns your app instance or connection.

For immediate control, disconnect linked institutions in PrismWorth Settings. This revokes the PrismWorth connection and removes the corresponding encrypted token and sync metadata from the backend; your saved local history remains until you delete it.

Security and urgent account issues

PrismWorth is read-only and does not support trading or money movement. If you see an unfamiliar transaction, suspect account takeover, or need to freeze an account, contact the financial institution directly. PrismWorth support cannot access or control your bank account.
