Agreement and the service
By downloading, accessing, or using PrismWorth, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use PrismWorth.
PrismWorth is a personal-finance organization and information tool. It can track manual records and, at your direction, retrieve read-only information from supported institutions. PrismWorth does not support trading or money movement.
Informational use only
You are responsible for reviewing source records, confirming important information with the relevant institution or professional, and deciding whether any action is appropriate for you.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use PrismWorth lawfully and only with accounts and information you are authorized to access.
- Protect your device, Apple Account, and institution credentials.
- Review imported information and correct manual records when needed.
- Not interfere with, probe, overload, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or misuse PrismWorth or its backend.
- Not submit passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, or full account numbers to PrismWorth support.
Connected institutions and third parties
Financial-institution connections are optional and are provided with Plaid and participating institutions. Availability, supported data, refresh timing, and authentication requirements can change without notice. PrismWorth does not guarantee that any particular institution, including an institution that worked previously, will remain available.
Your use of Plaid, Apple, and a financial institution may also be governed by their terms and privacy policies. You authorize PrismWorth and its providers to retrieve and process the information you select for the purpose of providing the requested feature. You can revoke a connection from PrismWorth Settings.
PrismWorth Premium
Some features require an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple. Prices and available plans are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Unless you cancel before renewal, the subscription renews under Apple’s applicable terms.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. Canceling stops future renewal but does not automatically delete app data or disconnect a linked institution.
License and ownership
Subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, PrismWorth grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. PrismWorth and its licensors retain all rights in the app, service, design, software, and branding that are not expressly granted to you.
You retain your rights in information you enter into PrismWorth. You grant PrismWorth only the limited rights needed to process that information at your direction and operate, secure, and support the service.
Availability, disclaimers, and liability
PrismWorth may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may limit access needed to protect users or the service. The app and service are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. PrismWorth disclaims implied warranties that may legally be disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrismWorth and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by unavailable or inaccurate third-party data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, warranties, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Ending use, changes, and contact
You may stop using PrismWorth at any time. Before deleting the app, disconnect linked institutions if you want to revoke provider access. PrismWorth may terminate or restrict access for a material violation of these terms, unlawful use, or a security threat.
These terms may be updated as PrismWorth changes. The effective date will be updated when revised. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms, subject to any additional consent required by law.
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These terms are governed by applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
